English Heritage is thrilled to announce that the much-loved Summer Picnic Concerts at Audley End House and Gardens will go ahead as usual this summer. English Heritage has teamed up with independent concert producers, Portal Events Ltd to deliver a fantastic line-up of musical stars and the concerts will take place from Friday 3rd August to Sunday 5th August 2012.
An array of celebrity chefs have signed up for Nigel Haworth's Fantastic Food Show 2012 Sunday 20th May for what's set to be an amazing day out for the whole family. Joining Nigel and Northcote's Head Chef Lisa Allen, is a roll call of some of the country's best known chefs Aldo Zilli, Atul Kochhar, Matthew Fort, Tom Parker-Bowles and Bryn Williams, with this year's line up aiming to attract even more than last year's 5,000 visitors.

The Masterclass has been created as part of Vinopolis' new partnership with luxury cruise line, Celebrity Cruises, and will feature European wines from vineyards such as Bordeaux, Rioja and Quinta da Aveleda.

Plans for the 34th Bristol Balloon Fiesta are in full swing, as the city prepares for the one of the UK's top five outdoor events. Held in the rolling hills of Ashton Court on the edge of Bristol, it is a hugely popular free event, attracting around half a million people from across the country and beyond. The event takes place over four days and this year will be staged on 9th -12th August 2012.
