When it comes to finding new products, we want to know the back-story, meet the maker, and fill up with as much information as we can at the time, so we can research and write a more in-depth article for our readers.
Well, last weekend we met Shay at a stand during the Shotengai pan-Asian Street Market* at Lower Stable Street. We sampled every jar and came away with a few to try at home. We almost ran away with our goods as Shay had to chase us for a second card payment because our first try didn't clear. That was as much of the conversation as we could get because her stand was incredibly busy with lots of customers wanting to sample her peanut butters. We passed by a little later, still busy, which is a good testament to the contents of the jars.
So back in the office, we decided to do a bit more research, and that didn't lead us to much more on Shay, aside from the following: -
