Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White is set to return to Liverpool Food and Drink Festival for the second time. The Hell’s Kitchen star, once dubbed "the Godfather of modern British cooking", has confirmed his attendance at this year’s launch weekend on September 3rd and 4th 2011.
Headlining the West Dean Festival on the Saturday 27 August is pop legend Adam Ant with his band The Good The Bad and The Lovely Posse. "I’m going to give them a show they'll never forget!" Adam says, "I'm really looking forward to playing West Dean - the former home of surrealist patron Edward James."

Organisers revealed that Simon and John are amongst the many guest celebrity chefs at this year's festival launch weekend on September 3 - 4 in the city's Sefton Park - whilst Warburtons will become one of the event's leading sponsors.
