Gloucester Quays is hosting its first ever Food Festival this summer and has secured its very own special ingredient that's sure to draw the crowds in. Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White is set to return to Liverpool Food and Drink Festival for the second time. The Hell’s Kitchen star, once dubbed "the Godfather of modern British cooking", has confirmed his attendance at this year’s launch weekend on September 3rd and 4th 2011.
