Tickets On Sale Now for RAW Artisan Wine Fair 2014

Tickets are now on sale for RAW 2014, one of the world's biggest showcases of natural, organic and biodynamic wine. Described by Spanish national newspaper El Mundo as "the most important event for artisan and natural wines in the international wine calendar" and set to welcome over 150 growers, as well as an exciting selection of other artisan drinks producers, the fair returns to London's Truman Brewery on 18th -19th May 2014.

Are We Marvellous for March Yet?

Following my New Year resolution to get Fabulous for February, I am now continuing my quest while looking to be Marvellous for March. Aside from a huge fall around Valentine's weekend, which saw the wagon trailing off into February leaving me far behind, I have managed to maintain my 7lb weight loss for 2014 and, thankfully, I have now caught up with said wagon and planted my bottom firmly on the front seat.
