Torquay's free food festival, TorqEat, is set to take place from Saturday 3rd to Sunday 4th May 2014 from 10am until 6pm each day. Visit Torquay's vibrant Harbourside and Cary Gardens to join in on this taste explosion. Heading up the fantastic line up of chefs, Simon Hulstone, chef proprietor at Torquay''s Michelin starred restaurant The Elephant, will be impressing all with his talent for using local, seasonal produce to create hugely memorable flavours.

The Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival is the largest festival of its kind in the south of England, running every Easter and for ten days in September. This year The Allergy & Free From Show sponsored by Udi's Gluten Free will be coming to Olympia London from the 4th - 6th July 2014 - with the BT Convention Centre in Liverpool hosting the North show from the 25th - 26th October. Eight year old inspiration Daisy Ames will open Europe's biggest public-facing event for people with allergies and intolerances at Olympia Grand, London on Saturday 5th July at 10:30am.

September may seem a long way off but brewers across Britain are already being urged to take part in the launch of Cask Ale Week on Thursday 25th September 2014. The aim is to kick start the week with tutored cask ale tastings, all over the UK, by asking brewers to offer their services to pubs for the day.
