The UK's love of baking is greater than ever and demand for tickets to the UK's first baking exhibition has been so great that the inaugural Cake & Bake Show has doubled in size since its launch. It's now set to welcome 16,000 visitors to Earls Court on September 22nd and 23rd.

With demonstrations from the countries top bakers including Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood, Tom Herbert, Richard Bertinet and many more, stunning displays of cake art, celebration and wedding cakes, feature areas, interactive zones where visitors can make and decorate cakes and a market place selling everything from equipment to baked goods the show offers something for everyone.

With TV shows such as Great British Bake Off gaining more than four million viewers per episode and baking books topping the best sellers lists, the world of cake and bake has never been more popular.

The Cake and Bake Show features the biggest names in the baking world including GBBO judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry as well as winners Edd Kimber and Jo Wheatley along with Eric Lanlard of Cake Boy, Richard Bertinet, Fabulous Baker Brother Tom Herbert, renowned chocolatier Paul A Young, plus many more.

The Cake & Bake Show is aimed at all ages with expert-run workshops and demonstrations for those looking to improve their baking skills; stands selling the latest baking equipment from piping bags to decorations and an afternoon tea area in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support.

For those who bake their own bread, the dedicated bakery classes and demonstration theatre will be supported by the Real Bread Campaign and features artisan bakers Patrick Moore and Aidan Chapman.

For people looking to make their hobby a business, Squires Kitchen's Kathy Moore and Ms Cupcake will be at the show offering advice on how to run a successful business from home.

The show features a chocolate area in association with Chocolate Week offering visitors the chance to gain specialized knowledge from the experts. A children's area, sponsored by Grainchain and headlined by Annabel Karmel from CiTV means parents needn't worry about their kids getting bored.

The Science Lab features an insight into the science behind baking and for those with a competitive streak the Grainchain Bake Off offers the chance for amateur bakers to test their baking skills across a number of categories, while the show's beach themed competition invites bakers of all abilities to send in their best work to be judged and displayed at the event.
