Since 2005 TotallySwedish has provided Londoners and the rest of UK with a wide range of fine Swedish products including groceries, children's range, books, magazines, greeting cards and Swedish art and design. With two stores set in the heart of London, we went along to their Crawford Street shop to try a little bit of Sweden for ourselves.

Cornwall's top country house hotel is starting the New Year with some startling facts and figures about its new kitchen waste composting policy - which is adding to its substantial green credentials and saving money too. The Budock Vean, on the Helford River, has been doing some number crunching during the past two months, in which staff have managed to reduce the amount of food waste from the kitchens by a third.
Thom Hunt from Channel 4's "Three Hungry Boys" will be out foraging the grounds and Helford River shoreline of Cornwall's Budock Vean hotel in April 5th - 8th April 2013 helping guests make the most of the Great British Countryside with a focus on wild food cooking. Thom Hunt is one third of Hugh Fearnely-Whittingstall's Three Hungry Boys and is the Hunter/Fisher/Forager star the popular Channel 4 show.
The UK Barista Championships are set to take place nationwide, kicking off in Exeter on 6th February 2013, culminating in finals at the London Coffee Festival 25th to 28th April 2013, welcoming both trade and consumer coffee enthusiasts. Following last year's success, artisan coffee experts, Union Hand-Roasted Coffee, are set to start their search for a 'rising star' barista 2013.
