Discover all the latest tools, trends and techniques at Squires Kitchen's 27th Annual Cake Decorating, Chocolate and Sugarcraft Exhibition on 15th, 16th and 17th March 2013, and meet Phil Vickery, who will be opening the show each morning.

One of the UK's most talented and popular chefs, Phil has been a part of the This Morning family for over 12 years, won numerous awards and written several books.

Phil will have his own stand all weekend where he'll share his expert advice on gluten-free baking and you'll be able to buy his books. Phil will also hold daily talks about coeliac disease and wheat intolerance, gluten-free ingredients and tips on gluten-free baking and cooking.

Squires Kitchen has been the UK's leading cake decoration specialist for over 25 years and this event brings together expert knowledge, demonstrations from master tutors, inspiration and new and innovative products from Squires Kitchen and hand-picked exhibitors.
