Professional food and drink buyers visiting next month's Natural Food (trade) Show will be treated to a record number of new natural, organic, biodynamic, Fairtrade, free-from and special diet products for 2013, says organiser Diversified Business Communications UK. Returning to London's Olympia on 7th - 8th April, over half of this year's New Product Showcase entries, which currently includes over 250 products (up 20% on 2012’s total) have been entered into the food, organic food, drink, and special diet categories.

World Pizza Champion and Acrobat Graziano Bertuzzo has been showing off his skills in front of Royal Victoria Dock ahead of the UK Finals of the World Pizza Championships at IFE13 today, (Wednesday 20th March 2013). It is the first time these championships have been held in the UK.

Foodies Festival is delighted to return to Bristol Harbourside from the 12th - 14th July 2013. The UK's largest celebration of food and drink will see visitors flock from the surrounding areas to feast on the vast array of culinary activities for the third consecutive year in Bristol. Top chefs, including Michelin-starred Martin Blunos, Rachel Demuth from Demuths, Ronnie Faulkner from Ronnies, Romy Gill from Romy's Kitchen, Richard Davies from The Manor House Hotel and Chris Staines from The Allium Brasserie will cook their signature dishes live in the Chefs' Theatre and explain how amateur cooks can prepare the same dishes at home.

Raymond Blanc, one of Britain's most celebrated chefs and a strong proponent of organic cuisine, has been confirmed to host a live demonstration in this year's Natural Food Kitchen at the Natural & Organic Products Europe trade show, which returns to London's Olympia next month. The influential French chef, who was awarded an honorary OBE for his services to the British food industry in 2008, is chef patron of the world famous Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, which has held two Michelin stars for 28 years and trained a generation of award-winning chefs.
