Husband and wife team Jon and Gill Thompson have worked together to produce a perfect gift for foodies, from sustainable and locally sourced materials. The Cotswolds Distillery was founded by Dan Szor, who gave up his 30 year career as a hedge fund manager to invest £4million into the start-up of this rural distillery. Set in a 5 acres of beautiful Cotswolds countryside and housed in a stunning Cotswolds stone building, the distillery is the first of its kind in the area, and only one of five whisky distilleries in the entirety of the UK.
