Foodies Festival, the UK's largest celebration of food and drink, are delighted to announce their inaugural Christmas instalment 'Foodies Festival Christmas' - to be held at the Old Truman Brewery from the 28th - 30th November 2014. Following the success of Foodies' series of nine summer events across the country, organisers are promising to round-off 2014 with a cracker of a festival, bringing together the spirit of Christmas and the joy of feasting with friends and family.
When we were asked to review some Grants Smokehouse Scottish Salmon, we paired it with a packet of Crosta & Mollica Bolli, crisp baked Italian crackers. With a full glass of Malbec, the combination was a good choice as a light supper in the sun, over the Bank Holiday weekend.
