Hilltop Honey

Hilltop Honey was founded in September 2011 when Scott Davies decided to start keeping bees in his Mum and Dad's back garden, one summer. By September, Scott knew that keeping bees and selling honey was what he wanted to do for a living, so he set about making that dream into a reality.

After knocking on doors and selling to local shops, Scott soon ran out of honey, which led to him partnering with other beekeepers to increase production.

Hilltop focus on producing Raw honey, as this is how honey is at its best. It is coarsely filtered and mildly heated to a few degrees above the ambient temperature of the hive, to provide maximum taste and health benefits. Buy Online now at Hilltop Honey where you can even adopt your own bee!
