Karen Pomerance and Louise Caplin are two women, with busy family lives and a collective of six grown up children, who have always been interested in cooking, travelling and experimenting with new cuisines. It was this love of cooking that led them to discover Spicy Way and on their first visit they became overwhelmed with the concept and were left with a love of 'Spicy Way'.
