It has been three months since we told you about our new venture to 'grow our own' on a small allotment space we have been given. This past week has seen us harvesting produce that has matured, learning a lot about what not to do and freeing up space for some more seeds to grow.
We love Cottage Pie but get tired of the long time it takes to put together sometimes or the lack of ingredients we have available, so to make it easy we are sharing our super quick, ingredients in the cupboard, recipe. These were made before work in 30 minutes, ready to heat and eat when we get home tonight. Great for the fussy eaters who pick out all the vegetables. If you have more time you can blend veg in to 'hide' in the sauce.
Miracle footballer Fabrice Muamba and his wife, Shauna, will be launching Mrs Muamba's Caribbean cooking sauces at Booths MediaCityUK on Wednesday 23rd July. Fabrice and Shauna will be meeting Booths customers from 12 - 2pm, serving samples of Mrs Muamba's five Caribbean sauces which launched into Booths stores across the North West this month; Caribbean Curry, Sweet & Spicy Sauce, Caribbean Brown Stew, Caribbean BBQ Sauce and Jerk Sauce.
