After slaying the dragons on Dragon's Den in 2012, the popularity of Sweet Mandarin Sauces has gone from strength to strength; with twins Helen and Lisa rustling up tantalising treats and fabulous dishes at the Allergy & Free from Show at Olympia (7-9 June 2013). We were delighted to meet both Helen and Lisa and finally taste their amazing sauces ourselves.

Last week we were lucky enough to get an invitation to the YO! Burger launch party at YO! Sushi's premier restaurant in Poland Street where we sampled all five of the limited edition YO! Burgers and talked to Mike Lewis, YO! Sushi's award winning Executive Chef. The creation of the YO! Burger stems from Mike's many travels across Japan, to all the different regions.
