AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS FROM MID APRIL 2011. A characterful, well-insulated, warm converted farm building on a 40 acre organic holding in the lush Teifi Valley. It has two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a well equipped new kitchen, a large living / dining room with ample seating and a feature woodburning stove. Heating and hot water is 'green' and plentiful, cleaning materials used are eco-friendly. The cottage can be booked as a self-catering let with organic produce, fruit, vegetables, herbs, preserves, eggs and honey seasonally available to buy from the owners. Meals can be ordered occasionally or on a fully catered basis - vegetarian and locally sourced, with organic ingredients from the farm when in season.

With a new conservatory extension and open plan living area it has underfloor heating from a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. The balcony has twin beds, while downstairs there is a futon sofa. The kitchen corner has a fridge freezer, combination microwave oven, double gas burner, all dishes, etc. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and a composting loo. WiFi broadband connection.
