Wallace & Gromit’s Children's Charity is a national charity raising funds to improve the quality of life for sick kids in children's hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.
To show our support we aim to raise £1,000 to donate to the Wallace & Gromit's Children's Charity so that they can continue to improve the quality of life for sick kids in children's hospitals and hospices throughout the UK - and you can join us by donating directly through our Just Giving page.
"At Kokova Magazine we spend a lot of time searching for new and independent producers and companies to highlight and showcase. And in 2015 we will be bringing many of these producers to our home county of Surrey by way of foodie events, to further our support and widen the coverage offered to these independent businesses.
We will be donating a percentage of our profits to the Wallace & Gromit's Children's Charity from each event we organise, until we reach our target goal of £1000.

Every year across the UK millions of children are treated in hospitals and hospices. Some suffer from common childhood illnesses whilst others face serious and possibly life-changing conditions such as cancer or leukaemia.
Since their beginnings in 2003 they have helped 87 children's hospitals and hospices and given out grants totalling over £1.78 million. They believe every child has the right to a fun, carefree, happy childhood; yet everyday over 26,000 children are treated in hospitals and hospices in the UK.
They fund projects that will ensure that whilst in hospital and hospice care, children can still play, socialise and recuperate from treatment in a child friendly environment. They also support mums and dads and brothers and sisters, as they know how important it is to care for the whole family.
They provide free family accommodation and pull down beds for mums and dad, and their innovative rage of funding projects includes: arts, music and play therapy programmes; sensory equipment and facilities; respite care; state of the art equipment and parent accommodation.
