In 2011, Fraser Bawtree needed some spending money for a French trip with his school. But instead of getting an odd job to tide him over, Fraser created a complete product and registered a Limited company - at the grand age of 11 years old. And now Frasers Fudj is soon to be on its way to a festival near you, in a fully branded, portable Fudj shop.
When we were asked to review some Grants Smokehouse Scottish Salmon, we paired it with a packet of Crosta & Mollica Bolli, crisp baked Italian crackers. With a full glass of Malbec, the combination was a good choice as a light supper in the sun, over the Bank Holiday weekend.

In 2012 we met the lovely Bianca Marton and her exceedingly good handmade truffles. With a passion for red berries and chocolates, we made an instant favourite with Bianca's Raspberry truffle, and thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the box we bought too.
