Following the report of the shooting of a pet dog on Seaham Beach yesterday (25th July 2013), we took a closer look into this horrifying form of attack on our pets to see how widespread the problem is becoming. And we are shocked at the results...there were 799 incidents air rifle attacks reported to the RSPCA in 2012.

On Sunday 25th August the top training establishments in Epsom Downs will open their doors to the public to give everyone the chance to see behind the scenes of the racing industry that fascinates so many. Members of the public can get up close to the stars of the track, their trainers and their stable staff and learn how things work in the different yards.

We've enjoyed watching him from the comfort of our homes, cooking a variety of culinary delights and now, for the first time, the much loved TV celebrity chef, James Martin, will be at Ascot on Saturday 7th September 2013 for the Festival of Food and Wine Raceday. James will not only create a menu for one of the racecourse's premier restaurants but also take part in an exclusive cooking demonstration on the day.

The action on the Main Stage at this year's 9th International London Tattoo Convention 27th - 29th September 2013, will certainly set a few pulses racing, but aside from the glorious display of tattoo art, the acts are professional performers putting on the show of your life.
