This month we will be bringing you a selection of seasonal recipes including: -
- Carrot and Clementine Salad - a fresh salad, perfect as a starter or for a light lunch.
- Quince Jam - make it ready for December and all those last minute Christmas Fairs that need a contribution to the raffle table or perfect as presents for friends and neighbours.
- Deep Fried Sprouts - this will get even the most adamant sprout avoiders thinking.
- Jerusalem Artichoke - a tasty alternative to plain boiled vegetables.
- Pumpkin Bake - a savoury option to pumpkin pie.
- Boiled Chestnuts - warm chestnuts with a twist - boiled not roasted.
- Date and Lemon Pudding - perfect for that unopened box of dates.
- Pear and Lambs Lettuce Salad - A nutty fresh salad combined with a sweet and tangy mix.
