Add a twist to your dish...with Henry Westons Cider...
Mulled Cider.
Try mulled cider for a warming indulging drink bursting with flavour.
Warm four pints of Henry Westons Vintage cider and add pieces of apple (instead of orange), with 1tsp cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks and 1tsp allspice wrapped and tied in a piece of muslin and ¼ cup dark brown sugar.
Once boiled, simmer for 15 minutes to allow infusion.
Apples Baked in Cider.
Make the most of the British apple season by baking some apples in tasty cider.
Place several apples in a deep baking dish and pour over a bottle of cider. Add several cloves and a good sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serve with clotted cream and a nice cold glass of Henry Westons Cider for a real country treat.

A glass of tasty appley cider brings out the best of ham, pork and gammon.
Serve with this season’s vegetables such as good earthy potatoes, cabbage and leeks. Add some cider to the gravy for an extra special autumnal dish.
