Chicken Arrabiata Made Easy with Cooks & Co

This easy to follow recipe will have you dishing up a spicy Chicken Arrabiata in no time at all, with a little help from a Cooks & Co's Meal Kit.

These handy kits contain all the additional oil, flavour and spices needed to make this popular, spiced Italian pasta dish which adds the subtle yet exciting flavour combination of cumin seeds, chilli and coriander leaf to a rich tomato base sauce.

In the kit you get:

  • 10g garlic oil
  • 30g chicken stock
  • 10g seasoning mix

Cooks & Co Meal Kit Chicken Arrabiata

Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 200g diced onion
  • 120 - 200g tagliatelle

Procedure

  1. Put a pan of water on to boil for the tagliatelle.
  2. Heat the garlic oil in a saucepan and add the diced onion and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and fry for 6 minutes. In the meantime put the tagliatelle into the pan of boiling water to cook.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock and seasoning mix to the saucepan.
  5. Cook and stir for 5 minutes - ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked.
  6. Serve with cooked tagliatelle.
