A family-run restaurant nestled within the grounds of the historic Guildford Castle, Two South Hill is one of the very few restaurants in Surrey that has a Chef's Table.
Starters include Poached Gressingham duck egg with black pudding, crisp streaky bacon and Choron sauce, or the mouth-watering Wagyu Carpaccio with grilled pear and crumbled blue cheese.
For your main course you could be dining on hearty double roasted belly of pork, with celeriac rosti, braised fennel and calvados & apple jus, or lamb noisettes with barley, puy lentils and thyme-scented vegetables - alongside fish of the day and 35-day aged on the bone steaks.
A selection of quirky takes on traditional desserts rounds off the menu, with apple and blackberry crumble and sticky toffee pudding featuring on the menu.
A set lunch menu and a three-course Sunday brunch menu offer a feast of contemporary British cuisine at great value, alongside a diverse and extensive wine list.
The two large private dining rooms upstairs are suitable for parties and conferences alike.
