The Chocolate Festival is coming to Oxford, London and Brighton and in the run up to Easter these festivals are a must for chocoholics everywhere. With free admission they are a great day out for all the family.
The Chocolate Festival - April 2011
The festival will consist of internationally renowned chocolatiers demonstrating their specialist skills as well as a whole host of exhibitors and stall holders showcasing and selling their delicious wares.
This is a real opportunity to indulge your passions while learning loads of useful stuff like how to make it yourself and how much more there is to chocolate than the big brands featured in your local supermarket.
This event offers an ideal opportunity to discover the genuine health benefits and goodness of real chocolate as well of course as being a chance for total, justified indulgence and some great Mother's Day and Easter shopping.
Exhibitors and demonstrators include master chocolatiers such as Damian Allsop and Paul Wayne Gregory.
The tantalising array of stalls will include the likes of: -
- Red Star Chocolate showcasing chocolate bars from around the world.
- The Chocolucion – demonstrating their raw chocolate making kits.
- Churros Garcia – selling homemade Churros with chocolate.
- Outsider Tart – selling American style baked goodies.
- The Big Yum - chocolate covered pretzels.
- Plus many more.....
Resource, information and community site - seventypercent.com - dedicated to fine quality chocolate, will be on hand to deliver the story of chocolate from bean to bar while also encouraging you to take their free chocolate taste test to help build their taste mapping database and build your own personal flavour profile.
If you are a chocoholic, or you know someone that is, then you cannot afford to miss these events and snap up some Easter treats into the bargain!
