Dave Hill to Lead Childline Rocks Guitar Challenge

The Midlands' own Dave Hill, legendary guitarist from Slade, is to launch the Childline Rocks' Guitar Challenge for a Guinness World Record on the 14th October 2012. Taking place at Coventry's Ricoh Arena on Sunday afternoon several hundred guitarists of all types and ages will attempt to break a Guinness World Record for The Most Guitar Amplifiers Used Simultaneously.

Eats, Grinds and Leaves

A celebration of Tea and Coffee will be coming to London's Southbank Centre from the 2nd - 4th November 2012. Grilled, Blue, Goat's, Raw, Baked: the ultimate festival for Curd Nerds returns this Autumn, from the 12th - 14th October 2012, as London's Southbank Centre once again play host to The Cheese & Wine Festival. Celebrating the ultimate coupling of cheese and wine, this autumn's festival will not only feature Master of Wine Tim Atkin, who will be running tutored wine tastings, but also cheese guru Patricia Michelson and a host of chefs demonstrating their favourite cheese recipes and key note speakers.
