IFE, international food and drink event, the UK's biggest and most respected food and drink trade exhibition, is making a strong return to ExCeL London from the 17th - 20th March 2013 as it welcomes over 1200 exhibitors, a revitalised content programme and a brand new layout. Taking place over four days, the show will provide a unique opportunity for thousands of UK and international buyers to discover a host of exciting new food and drink products, and enjoy an array of engaging and interactive visitor attractions and live events, all under one roof.

CIRIO, Italy's favourite and the UK's fastest growing tomato brand, is launching the UK's first range of passatas in quality plastic bottles after some shoppers said they wanted something that was lighter than glass, more durable and easily recyclable. In response, CIRIO has created two new offerings - Classica, which is a ready-to-use smooth passata, and flavoured Napolitana.

To celebrate the launch of its new Passatas, CIRIO has created a simple new recipe that perfectly highlights the versatility of both new offerings. CIRIO Huevos Rancheros (ranch-style eggs) is perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch and is packed with vegetables and nourishing eggs to set you up for the day. This dish, Hispanic in origin, is typically made up of leftover ingredients so you can ad lib by including vegetables you have lying around.

Chocolate artist and chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory will be launching his new shop and dessert bar in the heart of Brixton Village on Thursday 8th November 2012. Aptly named 'Indulgence', the store will offer chocolate lovers a choice of fruit and chocolate based desserts, as well as showcasing Paul Wayne Gregory's signature collections, including his Champagne Cocktail Truffles, Caramelised Marcona Almonds, Chocolate Lollies, Lightly Salted Caramel Truffles and his award winning Pure Indulgence Chocolates.
