Taste of London's international theme will reach a global peak this summer as five of the world's most talented chefs serve up an exclusive corporate hospitality dining experience at the Taste of London restaurant festival 21st - 24th June at London's Regent's Park.

Bruno Loubet, Wolfgang Puck, Nuno Mendes, Angela Hartnett and Jason Atherton have collaborated for the first time under the direction of Mike Dewing, Head Chef of Cinnamon Candy, to create The MENU by Taste of London - an ultimate tasting menu to reflect London's vibrant and exciting restaurant scene.

With tickets selling out in record time last year, The MENU is once again being billed as one of the most exclusive tickets of the summer. A limited number of guests (400 across 4 sittings) will be treated to an exquisite dining experience in Regent's Park, where they will be served in a stunning restaurant-style enclosure.

Each chef will introduce their individual course in person, and a top sommelier will pair every dish with the very finest wines.

Mike Dewing is looking forward to getting the super chef team together in one room next month to run through ideas for each dish.

Chefs of this stature rarely get the opportunity to collaborate on a project like this together so of course this is an exciting prospect. If you consider that almost 100 years of world class experience will be behind this menu with influences from Portugal, France, Germany and England - you start to understand the quality and level of innovation that will be served up at this year's Taste of London.

This year's Taste of London restaurant festival will celebrate the best of world class cuisine with a host of new international features and the most impressive line-up of Michelin starred restaurants and world renowned chefs in the show's nine year history.

Restaurants set to make their Taste of London debut include Jason Atherton’s award winning Pollen Street Social, Bar Boulud (Dean Yasharian), Massimo's Restaurant & Oyster Bar (Massimo Riccioli), Whitechapel Gallery (Angela Hartnett), The Corner Room (Nuno Mendes), Barbecoa (Jamie Oliver & Adam Perry Lang), newly launched Iberica Canary Wharf (Cesar Garcia) and Cinnamon Soho (Vivek Singh).
