RSPCA Live Social Media Campaign

RSPCA Live Social Media Campaign

RSPCA Live is the charity's biggest ever digital campaign and will be launched through RSPCA's online profiles in the run up to RSPCA Week, on the weekend of 28th - 29th April 2012.

With live Q&A sessions, behind the scenes stories and fun, shareable content about the RSPCA's work, it will give people the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of what they do.

There will be two jam packed days of social media activity. RSPCA Live aims to inspire and engage with supporters old and new and the buzz will continue throughout RSPCA Week (30th May - 6th June) and help to build momentum.

We want to gain the support of all our Facebook and Twitter followers, which currently stand at 365k and 36k, and ensure that they share our content and help spread the message across digital channels far and wide!

We are excited to have on-board animal loving celebrities (and their pets). Our main campaign ambassador is Alesha Dixon who will be taking part in videos, media interviews and promoting events via her own social networks. Graham Norton, Amanda Holden and celebrity dog trainer Victoria Stillwell will also be
supporting us.

When it comes to online communication, a little can go along way. We'd love you to take an active part in RSPCA Rspca LogoLive from the comfort of your desk (or sofa) by using your personal online profiles to join in, share videos, messages and stories, and essentially help raise funds, through your friends, family and colleagues.

You’ll be helping us showcase what we do, generate awareness of our key issues and, ultimately drive donations. For more information and to invite your friends, visit the Facebook Event page.

RSPCA Live is happening this weekend. Show your support by joining in live events and activities on the RSPCA's Facebook page and make sure all your status updates and Tweets include a link to show where all the activity is happening...
