Hickstead's App is Back

...and it's bigger and better than before!

Last year the All England Jumping Course at Hickstead was among the first equestrian events to launch its own App.

One year on, the Hickstead 2012 App has been relaunched with a stunning new design, a host of added features, plus a new version for Android.

Hickstead's App was one of the most downloaded free sports Apps of last year, and this year users will be able to get a heap of new benefits.Hickstead Android The All England Jumping Course is a huge showground with five rings of action - and the App has a handy tool of updating class times, posting results and sending Live Alerts to users, making the lives of grooms and riders much easier.

Visitors to the showground and viewers following the action from home on Sky Sports will be able to connect with others using the App's Twitter and Facebook feed integration, giving users the chance to communicate with other Hickstead fans and discuss the latest results. Users can also use the 'archive' facility to browse through last year's results.

All the essential information is included in the App, including local traffic and weather reports, while an interactive map allows users to explore the showground and get directions from wherever they are.

The showground also boasts 250 trade-stands, and visitors can seek out their vital purchases from the Charles Owen Shopping Village with the App's searchable shopping directory.

Available to download now, completely free of charge, the App will be a must-have for anyone who wants to keep up to date with the action from the British Jumping Derby Meeting (21-24 June), the Longines Royal International Horse Show (17-22 July) and the All England Jumping Championships (6-9 September).
