A Hello Fresh Box delivers recipes and the exact ingredients direct to your door, making it easier to discover new ways of cooking fresh food without waste.
Every week, Hello Fresh delivers boxes of fresh ingredients from local independent suppliers to households across the UK.
The boxes provide exact quantities of everything you need to make a meal, and recipe cards are included with easy to follow steps and photographs, enabling customers to create restaurant quality dishes from the comfort of their own kitchen.
All recipes are prepared by either Hello Fresh's Head Chef Patrick Drake or guest chefs who research new recipes each week using fresh produce.
Hello Fresh's community of over 10,000 social chefs also share recipes online and take part in live cook-a-longs each week on Facebook and Google+.
The Hello Fresh service was started in 2012 with the aim of providing a healthy, waste-free alternative to supermarket food, that would enable consumers to discover new ingredients and recipes that were easy to prepare.
Already, Hello Fresh has attracted thousands of customers eager to try new recipes and cook healthy meals at home.
Consumers can select from a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal plans at www.hellofresh.co.uk for 3 or 5 recipes which serve 2 to 6 people, delivered weekly across the UK.

You could win a Hello Fresh box containing either 5 meals for 2 people or 3 meals for 4 people*.
