Summertime Smoothies

Simple summertime smoothies are great for hot summer days and are an ideal way to get your five-a-day or use up softened fruit.

Makes enough for 4 glasses.

Procedure

  • 2 over-ripe peaches, chopped, any soft bits removed
  • 1 speckled banana, peeled and sliced
  • 60g strawberries, hulled and leaves removed
  • 125ml orange juice
  • 125ml Vanilla Yoghurt

Procedure

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth.
  • Pour the drink into glasses and serve.
