Summertime Smoothies
Simple summertime smoothies are great for hot summer days and are an ideal way to get your five-a-day or use up softened fruit.
Makes enough for 4 glasses.
Procedure
- 2 over-ripe peaches, chopped, any soft bits removed
- 1 speckled banana, peeled and sliced
- 60g strawberries, hulled and leaves removed
- 125ml orange juice
- 125ml Vanilla Yoghurt
Procedure
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth.
- Pour the drink into glasses and serve.
