FreeFrom Pancakes in a Minute

When it comes to making gluten-free pancakes who would have thought it could be so easy. Take two fresh ingredient, without gluten or dairy added, for perfect pancakes in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • fresh raspberries / lemon juice (optional)

Method

  1. Chop banana into slices
  2. Break eggs into a mixing bowl
  3. Whisk into a smooth batter
  4. Heat a non-stick pancake pan with a small drop of oil
  5. When the pan is hot pour in the mixture - divided into even amounts to make pancakes
  6. Serve with lemon juice and fresh fruit

As with all pancakes it takes practise. And that makes perfect!
