Win Gold this Summer with Taste of London and British Airways

Roald Dahl wrote how every child wanted to win the golden ticket to visit Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory and now Taste Festivals can make every food fanatic's dreams come true with a real life version of the magical prize.

With just over a week until Taste of London, the world's largest restaurant festival touches down in Regent's Park, the organisers have announced there will be a golden ticket presented to the Millionth Customer.

Taste Festivals have sold 999,896 tickets worldwide to date, and is preparing to welcome the Millionth guest.

One lucky person will be in possession of the golden ticket in the next few days.

On arrival at Taste of London, this unsuspecting foodie will be presented with a truly mouth-watering prize…

Two return flights to South Africa courtesy of British Airways, the shows official Sponsor, plus VIP tickets to Taste of Johannesburg (for every day of the show), and two nights at a four star Montecasino Hotel.

At Taste this year British Airways will be welcoming guests to their 'Height Cuisine' area, a voyage of discovery for travellers to learn more about creating fantastic food that works in the air.

Visitors will also have a chance to taste the new Summer menu created by Simon Hulstone, the Michelin star chef who recently featured on Great British Menu and was selected by Heston Blumenthal as winner of the British Airways 'Great Britons' competition.

This year's Taste of London will celebrate the best of world class cuisine with a host of new international features and the most impressive line-up of Michelin starred restaurants and chefs in its history.

If this wasn't enough culinary temptation, Taste of London can reveal that The Secret Garden will be open at the restaurant festival in London’s Regent's Park between 21st and 24th June.
