New Products, New Features and a Dash of the Unusual at The Chocolate Show London

The surprises just keep coming for The Chocolate Show, with even more special guests, show features and brand new product launches announced. With so much to look forward to, the countdown has well and truly begun for the UK's biggest chocolate celebration at Olympia, 16-18th October.

Make sure you are amongst the first to taste new and exclusively launched products from our celebrated artisans and favourite big brands as they highlight the latest trends, flavours and products to anticipate this Christmas. These include:

  • Damson Chocolate will launch at the show with their buffalo milk bean to bar chocolate
  • Ombar Centres; dairy-free raw chocolate bars with a creamy soft centres
  • Baru’s seasonal chocolate coated marshmallows and chocolate drinks powders
  • Luxury organic hot chocolate flakes from The Chocolate Tree
  • Brazilian Parasinho 72% dark chocolate bar from bean to bar makers Doble & Bignall
  • Superfood Chocolate Halos from Sweet Virtues - organic raw 72% chocolate discs in 4 key healthy flavours
  • The first ever bean to bar chocolate bars from Lauden Chocolates
  • Fifth Dimension Chocolates’ Great Taste Gold star 2015 winner Salmóran (crunchy almond pieces with sultana & candied orange morsels, covered in dark chocolate)
  • The first taste of Schmitten and Hoppits as they launch their luxury chocolate brand in the UK

Special guest Esther Mintah, a cocoa farmer from Kuapa Kokoo (the cooperative that owns Divine Chocolate) will be joining Divine on their stand on Friday & Saturday, where she will be able to talk to visitors about how they grow and care for the cacao on the farm.

London's premier master chocolatier Paul a Young has also announced he will be baking his infamous fudgy brownies live at the show. Expect sumptuous smells and gooey, indulgent warm classic brownies fresh from the oven, which visitors will also be able to customise with their own choice of toppings.

Another new feature area for the 2015 show is the York Cocoa House Atelier, where Sophie Jewett and her team will be hosting daily workshops in which you can learn how to make decadent chocolate desserts, roll your own truffles and practice how to get glossy, silky tempered chocolate.

Visitors will also be treated to the first ever Hans Sloane Drinking Chocolate Masterclass, where they can experience the Hans Sloane range; from Smooth Milk through to Ecuador 70%. You’ll discover the history of Sir Hans Sloane, where their beans come from and how to make the ultimate drinking chocolate at home.

The International Chocolate Awards winners area hosts exhibitors from around the world showcasing their award winning chocolates. They're also holding their awards presentation at 6pm on the Saturday of the show as well as curating the Tasting Theatre on the Sunday.

The Cocoa Runners stand features some of the finest bean to bar producers they've discovered from around the globe. And The Great British Spiced Chocolate Challenge will be judging the finals of their recent competition, announcing the winners and hosting invited VIPs in the inaugural Chocolate Show pop up restaurant.

Artwork incudes sculptures from some of the countries top chocolatiers, who have been inspired by London for their creations and a life size tree, in the exhibition hall decorated with cocoa pods and spices promoting the Great British Spiced Chocolate Challenge.
