Christmas at Dyrham Park
Join Love Food this Christmas on Sunday 11th December from 10am to 4.00pm at Dyrham Park, for a festive day out the whole family will enjoy.
Love Food are delighted to be returning to this stunning property for this very special event.
The National Trust has very kindly offered FREE ENTRY to the house for all children on this day. Entry to the festival will, as always be free.
With over 40 stalls the food market will be crammed with festive goodies providing an excellent opportunity to stock up on cheeses, local wines and ales, fruit and veg, chocolate, charcuterie, wreaths, jams, sauces, mince pies, puddings, and a great selection of local meats for the big day.
You can choose from an array of Dyrham Park venison, free-range chicken, turkey, lamb and geese. You will also be spoilt for choice with some great local crafts and gift ideas.
Adorned with traditional Victorian decorations the house itself will definitely get you in the festive mood.
Walk through the secret passage and enter the church to listen to a Victorian choir singing carols or warm the cockles with traditional mulled wine and chestnuts around a magnificent Christmas tree.
Children will love their rooms within the house, with Christmas cards, crackers and paper chain making along with beautiful ceramic decorations to paint.
Topping all this off with a wintry walk around the grounds of Dyrham Park and a chance to take in the beautiful views of the Cotswold escarpment this promises to be a truly lovely day.
