"I love PHO noodle soup and I know many people do, but I don't have the time to make the proper stock. I also don't want to use stock cubes containing MSG and preservatives. So I decide to create the PHO stock cubes so I can have it any time I want; quick and hassle-free without any 'nasties'. And now so can you. So please help me make this dream a reality."

Thuy Pham was born in An Giang, the Mekong Delta of Vietnam to a family of 5 all from medical background. She came to the UK to pursue her study at 17 years old on her own. Since graduating, she have been working as an Orthoptist for the NHS in Birmingham.
With a passion in business and desire to contribute to Vietnam, Thuy opened her first Vietnamese restaurant in Birmingham aged 27 before setting up business importing Vietnamese foods to the UK two years later. She was chosen by the Vietnamese Embassy in London as business representative to promote bilateral trade link between UK-Vietnam in 2013.
Thuy is now crowdfunding her PHO stock cube idea and if targets are met will collaborate with food scientists at the Regional Food Academy to make a big batch of delicious Pho stock cubes.
