Cranberry Spiced Porridge
A lovely warming breakfast, ideal for those cold winter starts to the day. Try out some of the great recipes available from Farmhouse Breakfast Week

Serves 2
Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 50g dried cranberries
- ΒΌ tsp mixed spice
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
Procedure
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Serve with a tsp of cranberry sauce and a sprinkling of mixed spice.
Alternatives:
Use frozen whole cranberries with 2 tbsp sugar instead of the dried
cranberries and cranberry sauce.
