The Gina Conway Aveda Salons and Spas ‘Himalayan Rejuvenation Treatment’ is a two hour luxury spa service.

This ayurvedic treatment is made up of five key elements: -

• Guests are treated to a divine Neti Massage featuring a steam inhalation to clear the airways, rejuvenate the body and refresh the mind.
• The client is laid on the therapy bed for a dry body exfoliation - to remove any dead skin and stimulate the blood flow.
• Continuing on, the therapist performs an oil moisture massage to hydrate the skin. The movements are quick and rhythmic to increase and invigorate blood flow.
• With the oil left on the skin, the entire body is steamed in a decadent steam bath while the oil is absorbed into the skin and left feeling moisturised.
• To finish the spa treatment a shirodara cleanse is carried out, this is a rhythmic dripping of oil onto the third eye, the client is left to completely relax whilst warm oil is flowing down through their scalp.

As the final touch they express blow-dry the hair to wake up the guest and leave them feeling revitalised.
