Congratulations to Daisy Brown from Essex and Mel Schatynski from Manchester.

This wonderful book has been written to celebrate the first 50 years of the All England Jumping Course.

Written by ex-Daily Telegraph equestrian correspondent Alan Smith, and with a foreword by H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh, it brings together the multi-faceted story of Britain's premier showground and contains a collection of photographs showing many of Hickstead's greatest moments.

During its first half-century, Hickstead has encompassed almost every sort of equestrian competition, from jumping, dressage and cross-country to driving, showing and, more recently, polo: all to the high standard Douglas Bunn, its creator, insisted upon from the start.

The book can be ordered online. Priced at £29.50 plus £2 p&p
