Parma Wrapped Asparagus

A tasty Spring appetiser that's simple and easy to prepare - yet so exceptionally tasty - you will be coming back for more....

Ingredients

  • 16 well rounded asparagus spears
  • 16 slices of Parma ham
  • 30g melted butter (or Pure spread for non-dairy alternative.

Procedure

  • Heat the oven to 180°C/gas 4.
  • Take a spear of asparagus, wrap a slice of Parma ham around it and place on a baking tray.
  • Brush lightly with some butter (so it doesn't stick).
  • Repeat above for all 16 spears.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until the asparagus is roasted and the ham is crispy.
