Parma Wrapped Asparagus
A tasty Spring appetiser that's simple and easy to prepare - yet so exceptionally tasty - you will be coming back for more....
Ingredients
- 16 well rounded asparagus spears
- 16 slices of Parma ham
- 30g melted butter (or Pure spread for non-dairy alternative.
Procedure
- Heat the oven to 180°C/gas 4.
- Take a spear of asparagus, wrap a slice of Parma ham around it and place on a baking tray.
- Brush lightly with some butter (so it doesn't stick).
- Repeat above for all 16 spears.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the asparagus is roasted and the ham is crispy.
