World's Biggest Pub returns to Olympia in August

The Great British Beer Festival, 7th-11th August 2012 organised by CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, is back - with the event returning to its old home of Olympia, London, after a 5 year stint at Earls Court.

The Festival is the biggest of its kind in the UK. Last year, over 60,000 people flocked to Earls Court for the event over the 5 days.

From established British breweries and producers, to a vast range of brews Gbbffrom as far afield as Japan, USA and Australia, there is endless variety at the World's Biggest Pub!

This year, Festival goers should expect over 800 different beers, ciders and perries, accompanied by a diverse array of catering options including traditional pub food.

To complement the huge range at the Great British Beer Festival, there promises to be a fantastic music line up and a host of classic pub games for some healthy competition amongst Festival goers!

For beer lovers old and new, the nation's most prestigious beer awards, the Champion Beer of Britain finals, will take place at the Festival on Tuesday August 7th.

In 2011, Mighty Oak brewery of Maldon, Essex, took the overall title for their beer, Oscar Wilde.

With more small brewers in Britain than at any time since the Second World War, which one of the nation’s enterprising brewers will take the title of 'Best in Britain'?

Advanced tickets for the Great British Beer Festival are now on sale from the official website at www.gbbf.org.uk.
