As preparations for the festive period continue at pace, Proud Brighton Ballroom is proud to unveil its brand new cocktail menu.

As well as including all the classic cocktails you'd expect at obscenely reasonable prices, the Proud Ballroom cocktail menu now features a brand new Prohibition selection to tickle the taste-buds.

Priced at a mere £7 each, the Prohibition menu features such wonderfully monickered concoctions as the Mary Pickford, the Aviation and the Bee’s Knee, all served in teapots, something that became synonymous with the era.

As well as the wonderful Prohibition selection, Proud Ballroom's new cocktail menu also features most of the classic cocktails you'd expect to see listed such as the Cosmopolitan, the Bramble, the Bloody Mary and the Pina Colada.

The menu includes an extensive range of mojitos such as the original mojito and various twists including, the Royal, which is made with Hendricks Gin or the tantalising Apple & Vanilla, made with vanilla vodka and Strawberry & Basil, all made with fresh ingredients.

If that wasn't enough to wet the palette, the new cocktail menu also includes a wide range of martinis and daiquiris and a fabulous selection of champagne cocktails.

Not a big fan of alcoholic beverages, not a problem.

The new Proud Ballroom cocktail menu caters for everyone with its assortment of non-alcoholic cocktails. This includes an original homemade lemonade, a Grapefruit Mojito cleverly renamed a 'Nojito' on account of its lack of alcohol, the Honeymoon Cocktail, the Brooke Shields, which is a famous non-alcoholic take on the classic Shirley Temple cocktail, the Cranpina and the ever popular Virgin Mary.

With the Classic cocktails priced at £6, mojitos, martinis and daiquiris priced at £7, champagne cocktails priced at £8 and the non-alcoholic cocktails priced at £4 each, combined with the best in cabaret and burlesque entertainment that Brighton has to offer, Proud Ballroom is the place to be this Christmas period.
