Cook Your Catch

Cook Your Catch

Five top chefs, a fishing trip, and an inspirational masterclass – it’s a recipe for success for Pembrokeshire Fish Week.

Bryn Williams, Mark Hix, Valentine Warner, Mitch Tonks, and Anthony Evans will all be cooking mouthwatering seafood dishes in this year’s celebrity demonstration night on 29th June 2011.

But there’s a catch - earlier in the day, they will go fishing off the South Pembrokeshire coast and they must cook their haul in the evening demonstration, whatever it may be!
'Five go Fishing - Cook your Catch' will take place at the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven. It will be presented by food writer, broadcaster and True Taste ambassador Simon Wright.
