Chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory Launches Indulgence
Chocolate artist and chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory will be launching his new shop and dessert bar in the heart of Brixton Village on Thursday 8th November 2012.
Aptly named 'Indulgence', the store will offer chocolate lovers a choice of fruit and chocolate based desserts, as well as showcasing Paul Wayne Gregory's signature collections, including his Champagne Cocktail Truffles, Caramelised Marcona Almonds, Chocolate Lollies, Lightly Salted Caramel Truffles and his award winning Pure Indulgence Chocolates.
Paul will also use the shop to showcase his art, which uses chocolate as a medium to create fantastical pieces, including realistic human sculptures, chocolate graffiti and abstract works.
Customers will be able to commission one off pieces, with prices upon application.

A lightly whipped mousse made with powerfully flavoured Tanzanian 75% dark chocolate studded with caramelised spicy almond pieces and crispy Paillete Feuilletine wrapped in a milk chocolate ‘crown’
Coffee & Caramel - £3.45
A dark chocolate sponge base topped with a caramel and coffee mousse studded with crispy Paillete Feuilletine finished with a caramel glaze decorated with chocolate pieces
Strawberries & Cream - £2.95
A vanilla sponge sandwich filled with strawberries and Chantilly cream finished with a mixed red fruits glaze decorated with a strawberry coloured white chocolate plaque
Raspberry Slice - £2.95
A plain sponge base topped with a vanilla mousse studded with raspberry pieces, decorated with a dusting of cocoa powder and finished with a glossy clear glaze
About the Pure Indulgence Chocolate collection
A multi-award winning signature box that celebrates total purity of taste.
Starting from the feeling of the filling in the mouth which melts and coats the tongue, to the rich taste of the selected chocolate used to enhance the main flavour and support its character like a backbone, this gives the perfect balance of flavour between the filling and the chocolate coating.
Paul took 12 indulgent ingredients (coffee, vanilla, passion fruit, raspberry, coconut, mint, rum, liquorice, caramel, space dust, praline crunch and spiced praline) and let them speak for themselves, carefully mixing each one with his special blend of chocolate to achieve the perfect balance.
The 'Indulgence' store will be open during November, Thursday to Saturday, 11am to 10pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm. Further opening times are to be confirmed for the rest of the year.
