Celebrity Chefs Showcase Fantastic Food Show
An array of celebrity chefs have signed up for Nigel Haworth's Fantastic Food Show 2012 Sunday 20th May for what's set to be an amazing day out for the whole family.
Joining Nigel and Northcote's Head Chef Lisa Allen, is a roll call of some of the country's best known chefs Aldo Zilli, Atul Kochhar, Matthew Fort, Tom Parker-Bowles and Bryn Williams, with this year's line up aiming to attract even more than last year's 5,000 visitors.
The Fantastic Food Show is back for the third year and I can't wait We have an outstanding line-up of chefs in the M Kitchen Theatre brought to you by Morrisons, who will be showcasing dishes inspired from all over the world.
The show is about quality and all our exhibitors have this in abundance. Not only will you be able to sample and buy great produce you can enjoy a meal in the Ribble Valley Inn pop-up restaurant; a new element to the show this year.
We have made a huge emphasis on making it a family day out with lots to entertain both adults and children, we hope you will agree.

After last year's success, the Fantastic Food Show BBQ Competition sponsored by Weber is 
back for the second year. Contestants will take to the grills and compete to be crowned the North West's BBQ Champion 2012.
New to the show for 2012 is the chance to enjoy modern British food in the Ribble Valley Inn pop-up restaurant. Guests can enjoy a menu created by Nigel Haworth, with classic dishes from the Ribble Valley Inns menu. Northcote Afternoon Tea will also be served between 2.00pm and 5.00pm in the Legends Lounge, situated at the Darwen End.
Ewood Park is the perfect venue for the show with over 75% undercover, come rain or shine. With ample free parking it is a hassle-free day out. There is something for all the family to enjoy from cooking demonstrations to hands on workshops to hundreds of local producers to face painters and fun fair rides.
