Rum and Sugar Introduce Lamb's Spiced Rum - 164 Year Search is Finally Over

Premium rum bar, Rum & Sugar, were shaking their Lamb's Cutlet creation at this year's RumFest to celebrate the launch of Lamb's Spiced.

Thrusting the company back into play and onto the bar shelves with this exceptionally palatable and fresh look rum, Lamb's have taken a brave step away from the past and brought their Navy Rum with them, creating new cocktails from both bottles that should have them back in the game for 2014.

With the Navy typically falling to the over 40's male market, the new spiced will be happily seated with the younger generations, appealing to both men and women in their 20's and up. And by incorporating the Navy into this new venture it will surely be a shared experience for both the old and new.

Lamb's Spiced Rum

Ingredients

  • 50ml Lamb's Spiced
  • 25ml Cherry Brandy
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • Apple juice

Procedure

  1. Shake all ingredients except the apple juice.
  2. Pour into a tumbler filled with cubed ice.
  3. Top with apple juice.
  4. Garnish with an apple fan.
