Fria Gluten Free Now in More Than 40 Stores in the UK
Award-winning Fria, the brand leading gluten-free bakery in Scandinavia are proud to announce a further 40 stores in the UK are stocking Fria lines, being supplied via Goodness Foods, the leading wholesaler for the health food trade.
Fria is receiving major international recognition with news that two of its best-selling products have been short-listed for the prestigious Free From Food Awards 2013.
Vallmofralla poppy seed rolls and Fiber, a fibre rich sliced loaf enriched with sunflower seeds and linseeds, have been selected in the Gluten-free Breads and Bread Mixes category.

In 2012 Fria won the Bread Category with their sliced brown loaf Grova, which is enriched with linseeds and caraway. The Grov Minibaguette, brown fibre rich rolls enriched with sunflower seeds and linseeds received a Highly Commended certificate and the Kladdkaka, sticky Swedish chocolate brownie cake, received a Commended certificate.
Winners of the 2013 Free From Awards will be announced in each category, along with an overall winner of the FAIR trophy for the Best Free From Food 2013 at an awards ceremony, hosted by Antony Worrall Thompson, in central London on 16th April 2013.
Fria are exhibiting and sampling a range of the products for the third time at the Allergy & Free From Show at Olympia, 7th - 9th June 2013 (stand 156) Tickets are now available.
All Fria's products are free from gluten, milk, lactose, soya, nuts and egg* (*except the muffins and the Kladdkaka which do contain egg)
