Raj-trained head chef Sunil Sinha, widely regarded as being in the vanguard of modern Indian fine dining, was once chosen to cook for HRH Prince Charles and Diana, the late Princess of Wales.

The competition winner will receive a specially prepared three course meal, accompanied by wines chosen by Massala's Sommelier Maria Rodriguez, who previously worked with Godron Ramsey and Terence Conran.
