The Chamarel Coffee liqueur is a perfect blend of premium white rum (column distilled) made from pure sugar cane juice, roasted Arabica coffee grains (which are also grown on the estate) and again cane syrup.
The coffee beans are roasted resulting in a full blown coffee flavour.
This combination of three ingredients are allowed to marry for 8-10 months in stainless vats allowing the Coffee liqueur to develop bitter-sweet notes of dark chocolate with a rich long lasting coffee finish, perfect for after dinner.
The Midnight black colour is 100% natural and has been obtained through the length of maturation.
Suggested serve: To be serve chilled or on the rock, used in espresso Martinis or in black Russian or in white Russian. Alternatively pour in an espresso.
