It is always a great delight when we discover something new to share - especially when that 'something' is not only new to us, but new to everyone - and when that 'something' is also chocolate we are in our own personal heaven. So it is a pleasure to announce that not only did we witness, we also sampled chocolate from the launch of Lucocoa Chocolate, at the London Chocolate Festival last month.

West Dean's popular Design and Craft Fair, featuring MADE, returns this year from 19th to 21th June. Visitors will have the chance to take part in hands-on creative workshops and learn new skills from some of the College's expert tutors. A series of workshops will run throughout the weekend giving visitors a taste of what West Dean has to offer - for just a small additional cost on top of the price of entry.

A whole host of the UK's top chefs, bakers and chocolatiers are coming together for the Big Chocolate Brownie Bid, a mouth-watering auction in support of The Sick Children's Trust. Just some of the big names whipping up deliciously indulgent brownies include Chiltern Firehouse's Nuno Mendes, Masterchef winner Tim Anderson, top chocolatier Paul A Young, Great British Bake Off winner Edd Kimber and Jamie Oliver’s right-hand woman Jools Oliver. Each will prepare a batch of 24 brownies to their own recipe, to be auctioned off this April.
